How to make smoked fish ( Eja yiyan)

 You preheat the oven at 300 degrees. (Bake)

Clean the fish in and out

Add seasoning to it...such as;

                        1, All purspose seasoning
                        2,Salt, curry powder, thyme, black pepper
                        3,Slices of fresh onions  and tomatoes

Spray your pan with non-stick oil and put the well seasoned fish on the pan

Put the fish in the pre-heat oven and bake for 10-15mins

Make sure to change the side of fish atleast once for a well baked fish

Chop fresh vegetable to go on the side with the smoked fish.

               Chop habenero pepper, tomatoes  and onions as much as you want
               add pinch of salt to give it a taste.....
